By working with Jublr or using our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Scope of Work
Before any project begins, we'll agree on a written scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing, outlined in your signed agreement. If new work is requested outside that scope, we'll quote it separately and confirm with you before proceeding.

2. Payment Terms
Our standard terms are 50% upfront to begin work, 50% upon completion, due before the site goes live. The initial deposit is refundable if you're not satisfied with the first proposed direction. Once you approve that direction and full development begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Late payment of the final balance may pause the project timeline.

3. Revisions
Every project includes two rounds of revisions, one after the initial concept, one after the full site build. Revisions are meant to refine within the agreed direction, not restart it. Requests after the two included rounds, or after final approval, are billed at our standard hourly rate.

4. Timelines & Deadlines
Content and assets are due from you within 14 business days of project start. We're not responsible for delays caused by late content delivery, and your timeline will shift accordingly.

5. Ownership & Rights
Once final payment is received, you own the design, content, and brand assets created for your project. Jublr retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Site Hosting & the Growth Care Plan
Your site is hosted and managed through Jublr as part of our Growth Care plan ($249/month), which includes hosting, security, technical SEO monitoring, and monthly updates. If you cancel this plan, we'll transfer the platform account into your name so your site stays live, at which point you become responsible for the platform's direct hosting costs. Jublr is not responsible for the site's performance or upkeep after transfer.

7. Cancellations
You may cancel a project at any time. You'll be invoiced for work completed up to that point, less any refund owed under Section 2.

8. Liability
We deliver work as outlined in the agreed scope. Jublr is not liable for indirect damages, third-party platform issues, or how the site is used after handover. We build and test everything in good faith and with professional care. We build using modern SEO and performance best practices but cannot guarantee specific search rankings.

Information you share with us, including strategy, content, and business details, stays private and is not disclosed without your permission.
